pretty in pink

Still feeling kind of yuuucky :(

This weekend, after recovering from whatever horrid thing I had, I hung out with some girls from work. My first time going out in a while. Even though we just chilled at Rachel's. It was still way fun. Girl time is a must. That's for sure.

I went to my assigned ward yesterday. Midvale East 7th Ward. It is a YSA ward. It's the first time since my home ward I've felt what I did yesterday. It was just a nice "at home" feeling I guess. All friendly smiles and warm welcomes. It was fast and testimony meeting, so that made it even better. And for the first time in years, I reached the pulpit. My hands were literally shaking until I got up there. Incredible feeling, that's for sure.

Tomorrow I am going up to see Jon Jon and Laurie! I seriosuly have been looking forward to this all week and weekend! I would go more often, but my work schedule doesn't permitt it. Sad, I know...

But until tomorrow... yuuuck. I was here at work at 8, and work until midnight... I am working both jobs of course. I do not work Mondays, but my manager Pete desperately needed someone, so FOR HIM, I said I would. Pete treats us al so well and helps out. Not your typical manager, that's SO for sure.

I made Stephen a care package this weekend and sent it off Saturday. It was so good to get an uplifiting letter for him. He is such an amazing missionary, I just know it. I miss that fool :) !!!

Looks like I might just make it home for Thanksgiving after all. I just DO NOT want to pass up a chance for all 3 sibblings to be together. Just thinking about it puts an idiotic grin on my face. Plus to see all the family... Ooo I am just too estatic! I have a ways to wait...

I talked with Jack this morning. It was good to hear the happy tone in his voice. We are both coming a long way I believe. I miss my brothers so much.

This is me talking to Daddy before bed last night :)
